WORLD TOUR THROUGH AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, USA AND CANADA ANNOUNCED

I am really excited to announce that to coincide with the release of my book, On The Trail of Genghis Khan: An Epic Journey Through the Land of the Nomads, I am gearing up for a speaking tour across Australia, New Zealand, USA, and Canada. I am fortunate to be partnering up with World Expeditions - a long standing independently owned adventure trekking company with whom I have run treks in Mongolia since 2008 - and have the backing of my publisher Bloomsbury, and long time sponsor, Mountain Designs.

The 14 event tour running in Australia and New Zealand between Septmber 5th an October 16 will feature all the behind the scene's stories about my three year journey by horse from Mongolia to Hungary with my dog Tigon, and will involve film (some of it unseen in the ABC documentary), previously unpublished photos, and even guest performances by traditional Mongolian dancer, Amra, and throat singer, Bukhu. There may even be a surprise appearance by a good Kazakh friend of mine! There will be giveaway prizes, a display of all my gear that I have brought back from the journey, and the opportunity to buy signed copies of my book and film. Please come along for what promises to be a night that will take you back to an older age of exploration, and a nomadic culture that has dramatically shaped the course of human history.Seats are limited, so make sure you book a ticket in advance (please see below for booking details, and share events with you friends!). Looking forward to seeing you at a local event soon!!
